专利摘要:
Machine for training and rehabilitation of the muscles of the neck as well as of the upper part of the back so that it is progressive with different levels of resistance and that it will be possible to exercise in a complete range of movements for the different parts of the neck without needing to move of the seat. The fit of the helmet to different head sizes, will be done with the simple change of padding with velcro inside from thicker to thinner and it will be firmly fastened on the outside with adjustable tapes with velcro one low on chin and the other on the chin. The helmet once fixed on the head, the athlete or patient in rehabilitation can lower the seat a little so that the vertebrae of the cervicals can remain isolated from the compression, in the same way that an inverted machine does for rehabilitation but without being upside down (Machine-translation by Google Translate, not legally binding)

DESCRIPTION
Sports machine for neck exercises and rehabilitation.
Technology Sector
The machine is aimed at the sports gymnastics sector as well as cervical rehabilitation. The main mission is to be able to develop the strength of the neck muscles in any direction in which it is desired or required to exercise.
Background of the invention
In a variety of sports there is a need for a strengthening of the neck muscles, such as boxers, sports pilots, judo, wrestling, weightlifting and a long etc. as well as all the people who need to develop or strengthen said musculature due to a recovery of cervical injuries, the most typical case of the whip of traffic accidents that after a while being with the collar to immobilize the neck is this more weakened by lack of exercise and movement.
There are many devices to strengthen the neck, being mostly a small panel where the individual pushes a small padded iron with the head in a certain direction with resistance of steel plates or weights by a lever or cable. Other simpler devices such as leather strap attached to the head and hanging weights or springs attached to the wall or ceiling. Others are anatomical rollers for the neck etc.
Explanation of the invention
Unlike other devices for the same purpose, this machine is simple while very practical and effective with very good results in strengthening the muscles of the neck and improvements in cervical lesions that radiate to the upper back asl as reduction of neck fat or gill.
It consists of a padded metal chair with backrest that is swivel while adjustable in height for different sizes of people.
It consists on the upper part of an inner padded helmet and with two wide velcro straps for fastening the head.
The helmet is attached to the machine by 8 elastic springs that could be made of springs or rubber that are those that exert resistance to the head, and can be moved in any direction that is required.
The elastic springs are also adjustable in resistance creating a tension to the effort that needs to be made, the hands will be attached to the machine grips.
The seat of this machine is fastened with screws to a steel plate at its base, making it safer and more stable.

Also the machine is removable, to be able to transport it more easily where it is desired without the need of great efforts or large vehicles.
The machine has transparent methacrylate plates on its back to accommodate the different drawings or schemes of the neck muscles and to know better what is being trained or rehabilitated while at no time interfering with the operation of the machine or producing a numbness
Once the person is seated, adjust the hydraulic seat to their height, insert the head into the helmet and adjust the velcro straps to your chin. One of which will fit under the chin and the other on the chin under the lips, this way the head is fixed to the helmet for any movement.
The movements will be done only with the head without moving the body, although for this it needs a little practice. There will be series of several repetitions each, although it may vary depending on each person or their needs or the opinion of the coach or physiotherapist in each case.
First: with the straight torso, the head will move forward and return to its original position, as many times as is recommended depending on each case, while the resistance can be adjusted as it is strengthened.
Second: in the same way but making strength in the muscles of the neck for contraction back the head to return to its original position.
Third: in the same way it can be done for both sides, right and left so that the four head movements are made.
Description of the drawings
The following drawings or figures show us in a more simple way the compression of the operation of the machine for the training of the muscles of the neck as well as the rehabilitation of the cervicals.
Figure 1
Side view machine where you can see the person sitting and exercising the neck forward and backward by moving the head inside the helmet that will be adjusted with the velcro appointments to the chin and chin.
Figure 2
Front view machine in which you can see the movement of the neck to the right and left by moving the head in both directions and fastened with the velcro straps while holding hands with the hands.
